Shipping Conditions

  • Balancing machines and soft bearing suspensions: Ship within 6-12 weeks after receiving cleared payment.
  • DigivibeMX and accessories: Ship within 1-10 days after receiving cleared payment.
  • Phantom and EI-WiSER Series: Delivery time depends on stock availability and current demand.

General Considerations

Returns and Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt with all original accessories and packaging.
